Our mission is to harness Nigeria’s natural gas value chain by delivering locally produced industrial chemical solutions that power economic and national growth.

Natural gas is more than just a fuel — it’s a powerful feedstock for producing essential industrial chemicals like methanol and ammonium bicarbonate. Methanol supports a wide range of industries, from fuel blending and formaldehyde production to adhesives, textiles, resins, and even emerging clean energy tech. Ammonium carbonate plays a key role in agro-processing, refrigeration, pharmaceuticals, and food-grade manufacturing. These chemicals are foundational to Nigeria’s industrialisation and essential to the productivity of manufacturers, processors, and oil and gas service providers.

The products we deliver are sourced from one of Nigeria’s largest new-generation chemical manufacturing facilities, located on 500 acres of industrial land in Okitipupa Local Government Area of Ondo State. Operational since 2025, this plant produces 300 tons of methanol daily, with an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of methanol and 160,000 tons of ammonium bicarbonate. 

Its outputs are produced to global quality standards and serve a wide range of industries, including petrochemicals, agriculture, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and construction. This capacity represents a significant shift for Nigeria’s industrial sector, creating a dependable local alternative to imports.
